What is the opportunity? As Senior Manager, Enterprise Delivery, you will support highly visible, large transformation initiatives, providing thought leadership and collaborating with senior leaders to contribute to strategic objectives and the clear path to execution excellence. You will bring expertise in sizing and scoping large complex programs and defining their strategic objectives and key results (OKRs). You will be accountable for effective project delivery, managing cross-functional workstreams, and mitigating risks while supporting enterprise and business unit goals. Your strategic thinking combined with your experience in driving transformative projects to outcome will drive consistency and success in some of RBC's most ambitious programs.What will you do?
