Senior Manager - Data Engineering solutions (Engineering)

We are hiring a Senior Manager, who will be using the big data in the public healthcare, to analyse, design and develop data analytics solutions that provide strategic insights to improve decision‑making in Singapore healthcare system.

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of data engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Work closely with project managers and business analysts to strategically drive project demands and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Establish and enforce standards for data engineering practices, including development, testing, and implementation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
