Reporting to the Director, Integration & Business Strategy, this role will help coordinate cross-functional integration efforts, drive program management, develop executive-ready communications, and build scalable operating mechanisms that enable successful pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close integration, and long-term value realization.
