Dexcom is seeking a compliance leader to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Compliance, the role will lead regional compliance activities and partner closely with country leadership, commercial teams, medical affairs, regulatory, legal, and HR to uphold Dexcom’s ethical standards and diverse regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution and continuous enhancement of the Corporate Compliance Program across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
