Senior Manager, Corporate Advisory

Our Corporate Advisory team offers our clients assistance in the areas of transaction advisory covering financial due diligence, transaction evaluation and feasibility analysis, deal structuring and negotiation, business and assets valuation and divestiture.

As part of the Transaction Advisory team, working closely with Partners and Directors, you will have the opportunity to be a vital member in executing projects across three different work streams: financial due diligence & buy‑side advisory, and M&A advisory.

You will:

• Be a key member in the execution of financial due diligence, and buy‑side advisory engagements with a regional focus, enabling you to be part of cross‑border engagements.
