Senior Manager Component Verification

Your Role

Manage and lead a team of component verification engineers in PSS Component Verification Lab Melaka, fulfilling division/business line expectations and working with other counterparts to support development projects/tasks.

• Lead a team of CV engineers with the purpose of achieving relevant KPIs of the team.
• Responsible for managing the section’s activities and execution quality; synergize team’s activities with cross-site and relevant counterparts.
• Ensure the team’s functions run smoothly and efficiently at minimum cost and contributes constructively to the growth of the Company.
• Provide leadership to the team to ensure that the goals and objectives set are attained with more than satisfactory results.
• Drive personnel development to ensure professional growth of department members through training courses, on-the-job training, and project activities.
