This is a newly created leadership role, established to strengthen client retention, elevate service consistency, and better align Client Services with Operations. This role will provide senior leadership and strategic direction to the Client Services function, with a strong focus on retaining key employer clients and delivering a high quality client experience. You will act as executive sponsor for platinum clients, represent the Victorian Senior Leadership Team in key client forums, and oversee tender activity for existing clients in partnership with the Bid Manager and Client Managers.
