Senior Manager, Business Optimization

This role can be based out of any of our IDC WIN offices across Canada, including British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.

JOB STATEMENT:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Optimization to help IDC WIN improve how work gets done across the organization.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, this role will work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to map current processes, identify pain points, document business and functional requirements, and support practical improvements that enable growth, scalability, operational efficiency, and a better advisor and employee experience.

This role will also support key business enablement initiatives by identifying manual processes, reporting needs, workflow gaps, and opportunities that could be simplified, automated, or enabled through improved data, reporting, and technology solutions.
