In this role you will:
Provide direct people leadership to ~11 BA’s in GWM Digital, establishing clear role expectations and performance standards positioning the BA practice as outcome-oriented delivery partners.Be accountable for hiring, onboarding, coaching and development plans, performance management, and succession planning, with a strong focus on developing the BA capability across the delivery spectrum.Define, maintain, and enforce enterprise grade BA standards and ways of working that operationalize the agile model & act as the functional quality authority for requirements and backlog artefacts, ensuring delivery readiness, predictability, and alignment across product, design, and technology.
