Senior Manager - Asset Management (Contracts & Commercial)

Lead, plan and drive Asset Management key goals and activities for the Group power assets in RE segments, focusing on commercial and contract related matters, in supporting the functions of the Chief Operating Officer, Renewable Energy and the Group Chief Operating Officer of the Company in order to maximise the Company’s shareholder returns.

Job Responsibilities

Contract Management

(a) Lead the review of key contracts for power plant assets including PPA, O&M agreements, equipment warranties, and maintenance service contracts in collaboration with the respective Head of Operations to ensure alignment with operational goals, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

(b) Participate, lead and strategize in contract negotiations to ensure the Company’s interests are well protected in closing contract deals in a fair manner together with Procurement department.
