Senior Manager – Assembly (D2C Production)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, process-driven Senior Manager – Assembly to lead assembly operations for our D2C production. The role owns daily assembly output, quality, and workforce management while ensuring products are assembled, packed, and dispatch-ready to meet the fast turnaround and high SKU variety that direct-to-consumer demand requires. The ideal candidate has run assembly lines, trained operators, driven productivity, and held tight quality standards in a manufacturing environment — and can connect the assembly floor to downstream fulfillment.
