Responsibilities
- Assume end-to-end ownership of AI engineering projects from requirements through production deployment
- Design GCP infrastructure including Cloud Run, IAM, VPC, CI/CD, and security controls
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and challenge scope when necessary
- Lead company-wide AI infrastructure rollout and upskilling initiatives
- Develop PRDs, architecture documents, and project scopes for contractors and partners
- Forecast build timelines and resource requirements for concurrent initiatives
- Direct and quality-review the output of external engineering contractors
- Build scalable documentation and operational foundations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and technical program/product management
- Active, daily use of LLM-based AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or equivalent)
