Senior Manager, AI QA & Analytics (Contract)

HPB Health Promotion Board is seeking a Senior Manager, QA & Analytic Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of an AI-powered Parent Engagement Digital Assistant. This full-time, on-site position is part of the Child & Youth Programme & Partnership team and requires at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and data analytics.

The ideal candidate will design test cases, evaluate AI tools, and analyze user interactions, all while ensuring data privacy and safety standards are met. The contract runs until December 31, 2028.
