We are seeking a trade‑qualified, experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to lead the maintenance and operational performance of RealNZ’s diverse infrastructure assets. Based at Te Anau or Queenstown, the successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance across our portfolio, manage maintenance projects from start to finish, ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to the wider infrastructure team.
