Senior Maintenance Planner (Red Lake)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Lead, the Senior Maintenance Planner will be responsible for developing and coordinating maintenance plans and schedules that support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations at the Kinross, Great Bear Project. The Senior Maintenance Planner plays an key role in continuous improvement throughout the site and provides leadership to planners and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Build the CMMS for mine maintenance and align it with Kinross procedures.
• Develop and maintain a detailed preventative and corrective maintenance plan for mobile and fixed equipment.
• Create long-term maintenance forecasts and schedules to align with operational needs.
• Ensure all work orders are fully planned and ready to be executed.
• Maintain accurate work order management and maintenance tracking.
