Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all maintenance operations, repair works, system upgrades, and asset lifecycle management for Pneumatic Waste Conveyance Systems (PWCS). Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans, preventive maintenance programs, manpower allocation, and resource planning to ensure maximum system reliability and operational efficiency. Manage site mobilization activities and collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams for timely sourcing of spare parts, equipment, and maintenance materials. Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams, subcontractors, and service personnel across multiple sites to ensure safe and efficient execution of works. Monitor maintenance schedules, work progress, system performance, and project milestones to ensure timely completion and compliance with contractual requirements.
