Senior Maintenance Manager

A globally prominent and rapidly growing manufacturing organization is seeking to hire a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead plant-level Maintenance.. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, asset utilization, and overall facility performance while supporting broader operational excellence initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the Maintenance and Facilities Engineering functions, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant equipment and infrastructure
• Drive asset utilization through improved equipment reliability, reduced downtime, and optimized maintenance strategies utilizing TPM and Lean methodologies
