Multi-axis & CNC Machining: Operate and manage DNS (formerly Doosan/DN Solutions) multi-axis machines for precision cutting and machining of sputtering target materialsQuality Inspection (CMM): Perform dimensional precision measurements of machined products using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)Surface Treatment (Buffing/Polishing): Manage precision buffing and polishing processes to achieve required surface roughness (Ra) for targetsProcess Optimization: Design tooling for new products, reduce machining cycle times, and improve defect ratesCAM Programming: Generate and optimize machining codes (G-code) for multi-axis machines using Esprit Post ProcessorQualification Requirements
