About the Role

Senior CNC Machinist responsible for operating and maintaining high‑precision CNC lathes, 3‑axis and 5‑axis milling machines, and EDM equipment in a production environment focused on aerospace and high‑precision components.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex setups and operations of FANUC‑controlled CNC lathes with multi‑tool heads and subspindles.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC milling machines; ensure stability and precision for complex geometries and tight‑tolerance features.
• Operate wire EDM and sinker EDM equipment to produce high‑accuracy features, fine details, and controlled surface finishes.
• Apply advanced probing cycles, offsets, and in‑process verification to maintain sub‑thousandth accuracy throughout the machining process.
