Senior M365 Messaging Services Specialist

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Specialist, Messaging Services in Malaysia to support and manage Microsoft 365 environments. You will handle steady-state operations, on-call escalations, upgrades, and maintenance, with focus on Exchange Online, Defender policies, and governance across Power Platform and SharePoint.

Role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for end users. On-site role with global collaboration across time zones.
