Senior Luxury Construction Commercial Manager – UAE

Swank Development in Dubai seeks a Senior Commercial Construction Manager to oversee commercial performance of luxury projects from inception to handover. You will drive cost control, procurement, and contract administration within approved budgets and timelines.

You will collaborate with Projects, Design, Procurement, Finance and Legal teams to deliver high-quality villas and luxury developments. MRICS/PMP is a plus; 10+ years UAE experience preferred.
