Senior RN Care Manager – Remote (Texas)
Location: Remote (Texas – Central Region)
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re hiring a Senior RN Care Manager to support members with complex healthcare needs. In this role, you’ll coordinate medical services, create personalized care plans, and help patients access the care and resources they need.
