Senior / Logistics Operations & Performance Analyst

To analyze end-to-end logistics operations — including transportation, warehousing, last-mile delivery, and freight costs — alongside revenue streams and net income performance. Then, develop a data-driven operational plan to improve profitability, efficiency, and service ROI.

• Operations & Costing Analysis
  • Identify bottlenecks (delayed dispatches, low truck utilization, warehouse idle time) and collaborate with departments to streamline processes.
  • Analyze service-level performance (on-time delivery, damage rates, transit times) and link to cost/revenue impacts.
  • Break down costs per shipment, route, warehouse, and client (fuel, tolls, wages, maintenance, rent, labor, inventory, freight rates, customs, insurance).
  • Compare actual vs. planned costs to identify leakage points.
  • Build cost-per-kilometer and cost-per-pallet models.
