Senior Lift Inspector

Job Purpose The Senior Lift Inspector acts as a leading technical expert responsible for inspecting to ensure the safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. This role leads third-party periodic inspections, witnesses testing for new installations or modernizations, and provides technical mentorship to junior inspection engineers. Representing TÜV SÜD’s heritage of safety and trust, the Senior Inspector bridges traditional hands-on safety examinations with modern, data-driven digital inspection tools.
