Senior Lifecycle Operations Lead – FinTech & Payments

TNG Digital, a leader in Malaysia's payments ecosystem, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to own end-to-end customer and merchant lifecycle operations, including onboarding, verification, maintenance, and reactivation within a regulated environment.

The role requires strong expertise in eKYC/eKYB, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Product, Compliance, Risk, Technology, AML, and Customer Experience teams to improve lifecycle processes and controls.
