Senior Level-2 Application Support Engineer – AWS & Node.js

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Application Engineer for Level 2 support. You will work on Node.js, MSSQL, UNIX/Linux, and AWS cloud services to ensure availability, performance, and stability of critical applications.

You will collaborate with Level 1 support and development teams, resolve escalated incidents, and contribute to ITSM processes. Strong scripting and database skills are essential for daily troubleshooting and optimization.
