Your new role

Advising on legal and commercial risks regarding investment decisions, compliance, corporate governance issues, and management of regional matters

Liaising with external counsel.

Vet and advise on contractual procurement matters

Provides legal advice for the Group’s management on contract meetings, discussions, correspondence, and negotiations, always protecting the company's interests.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks when required.

What you'll need to succeed

Graduated with a Bachelor’s in Law.

Having at least 15 years of experience in corporate and oil and gas contracts...
