Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage GM Europe's legal affairs under the supervision of the Regional General Counsel.
• Provide proactive legal services related to corporate/commercial matters, employment, litigation management, and more.
• Direct external legal counsel and collaborate with other legal counsel within GM's legal staff.
• Contribute to GM Europe’s success by combining legal and business acumen.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects and collaborate with business units.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in top-tier private practice or in-house.
• Extensive experience in the manufacturing, consumer products, or technology sector.
• Preference for candidates with extensive automotive experience.
• A law degree (J.D. or equivalent).
• Admitted to practice law in Europe or North America.
