Kerry Consulting is assisting a client, an investment and private capital platform, to hire a commercially minded Legal Counsel to partner with the business and senior leadership across Southeast Asia.

You will support financing, investments, and corporate transactions, including structured lending, secured financing, trade finance, joint ventures, and M&A, while drafting and negotiating key deal documents. Strong drafting, negotiation, and cross-border coordination are essential.
