Senior Legal Advisor

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Legal, Land Acquisition, and Liaison functions for our construction and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling all legal matters related to land acquisition, project approvals, regulatory compliance, litigation management, and coordination with government authorities. Key Responsibilities Legal & Documentation Draft, review, and vet agreements including Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), Sale Agreements, Leave & License Agreements, MOUs, Conveyance Deeds, POAs, and contractor agreements. Conduct title due diligence and verify land/property documents. Ensure compliance with RERA, municipal laws, land revenue laws, and other statutory regulations. Coordinate with external advocates, solicitors, and legal consultants. Handle litigation matters, consumer cases, arbitration, and legal notices.
