Senior Lecturer

The Division of Biomedical Engineering of the Department of Human Biology is a dynamic and growing academic division within the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Cape Town. We are currently seeking to fill one contract academic position (teaching and research) at the rank of Senior Lecturer. This position is initially for a duration of 4 years, with the potential for extension (subject to funding availability). The selected individual will join the Division of Biomedical Engineering and contribute to the teaching, research, and supervision of postgraduate students within the division.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
