Overview
A well-established company in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Leave & Benefits Analyst to support HR operations. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in leave management, accommodations, and workers' compensation while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and delivering a high level of support to employees and leaders.
Responsibilities

• Administer all leave of absence programs (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, Military, Personal, STD/LTD, etc.), including intake, tracking, communication, pay coordination, benefits eligibility, and return-to-work processes
