Senior Learning Experience Specialist

To lead the strategy, design, and management of digital learning solutions across the organisation. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning, including e-learning development, platform governance (e.g., LMS/LXP), and the adoption of innovative learning technologies to enhance workforce capability and learning experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Digital Learning Strategy & Governance: Lead and implement the organisation’s digital learning strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and workforce transformation goals.
• Platform Governance: Govern and optimise the use of digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP, content libraries), ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency.
