Our client is looking for a Senior Learning and Development manager. Design and deliver scalable, high-impact enterprise leadership frameworks and flagship programs that translate business strategy into strong leadership pipelines, measurable behaviour change, and business results.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Strategy & Architecture: Translate business strategy into enterprise leadership development frameworks, learning pathways, and experiential learning architectures.
