Role Purpose
Translate business strategy into enterprise leadership development programmes that strengthen leadership capability, improve leadership effectiveness, and build a sustainable leadership pipeline.Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise leadership development frameworks and learning architecture.
- Lead flagship leadership programmes aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with executives, HR, and key stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.
- Measure programme effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage learning vendors, budgets, governance, timelines, and risks.
