Senior learning and development manager (6 months contract)

To translate business strategy, leadership priorities and culture objectives into enterprise leadership development frameworks, learning architecture and flagship leadership programmes that build leadership capability, improve leadership effectiveness and strengthen the leadership pipeline.

The role is accountable for designing and enabling scalable leadership development solutions that move beyond programme participation to measurable application, behavioural change and business impact.

Working closely with senior leaders, HR stakeholders and external partners, the incumbent will drive the development of practical learning frameworks, governance mechanisms, measurement approaches and flagship programme architectures that can be implemented consistently across the enterprise.
