Senior Lead Recruiter

Role Description Ainsley Reid International Limited is interested in hiring an experienced 360 senior recruiter to help build an offshore recruitment team (RPO/BPO experience in Ireland/UK/US markets essential).

The Senior Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery while Building and mentoring a team of recruiters. This role includes sourcing suitable candidates, conducting candidate screening and interviews, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing searches. The Senior Recruiter will coordinate team workflows, set performance expectations, and ensure recruitment processes are aligned with client requirements and service-level commitments. The role also involves reporting on hiring metrics, refining best practices, and collaborating with leadership to support new team builds and strategic hiring projects across multiple industries.
