Skills & Requirements
**Strategic Planning & Execution**:
Lead the development and implementation of the digital transformation strategy in collaboration with the CDIO and other senior leaders.
Identify key digital initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives while increasing synergy across the Group IT landscape.
Create detailed roadmaps for execution, support alignment and planning of scope for next phase (e.g. 3 or 6 months) together with individual project leads/ responsible owners.
