– In this customer‐centric role you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive top‐notch service within a contractual framework.
You will lead and inspire a team of experts to deliver high‐quality and reliable information technology services, align solutions with evolving business needs, provide swift support for incidents, problems, changes and escalations, and collaborate with Delivery Partners, Architects and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to co‐create, design, deploy and maintain reliable, available, and future‐proof systems and services.
