Job Overview

We are looking for someone who can lead our efforts in two principal activities: mobilization of private capital primarily through insurance companies (risk sharing), and mobilization of private capital through third‑party co‑investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of risk‑sharing mechanisms, including unfunded credit protection products and insurance solutions.
• Lead the development of mobilization products and strategy to support key sectors such as infrastructure, agribusiness, and financial intermediaries.
• Structure and negotiate risk‑sharing agreements to enhance the risk‑return profile of transactions.
