Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant - Market Recruiting Manager

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant to support the recruitment efforts across our cross-channel advisor platforms, including Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network (FiNet) and related initiatives. The candidate will recruit financial advisors within their region. In this role, the goal is to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of financial advisor candidates and to provide insight on industry trends, competitive intelligence, product platforms, deals, and compensation plans.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Act as an advisor to leadership to develop and/or influence recruitment of experienced independent contractor Financial Advisors and to expand the breadth of recruitment to FiNet.
