Senior Landman – Permian Basin

**Job Summary**

Senior-level Landman position responsible for conducting broad and complex land work in support of acquisition, development, divestiture, title, curative, and lease maintenance activities. This role applies advanced knowledge of land management, plans and conducts assignments with limited supervision, performs more complex work, may represent the company at land and lease sales, and may assume responsibility for whole projects or complex assignments involving problem diagnosis and innovative solutions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Independently conduct complex land work, including evaluation of records, titles, abstracts, leases, and related instruments to determine ownership, burdens, leasehold position, and development opportunities.
+ Lead title review and curative efforts on more difficult assignments, resolve complex title defects, and manage damage claims and ownership issues within assigned areas.
