**About the Role**
We are seeking a Senior Lab Engineer to lead the design, operation, and optimization of HVAC systems in laboratory and controlled environments (e.g., psychometric rooms, calorimeter rooms, noise rooms).
This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate testing conditions, system reliability, and compliance with international standards, while supporting NPD programs and improving lab performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and optimize HVAC systems for laboratory environments (psychometric rooms, calorimeter rooms, noise rooms)
+ Ensure precise control of temperature, humidity, airflow, and air quality in line with required standards
+ Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of laboratory HVAC systems
+ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
+ Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory systems
