We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control quantity surveying contracts and commercial activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high‑rise buildings residential developments and villa projects.

• Manage all quantity surveying and commercial activities from pre‑construction to project completion.
• Prepare cost estimates BOQs and quantity take‑offs.
• Review contract documents drawings specifications and scope of work.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims and subcontractor payments.
• Prepare and evaluate variation orders and cost reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and subcontractors.
