- Act as the end‑to‑end technical owner for business banking initiatives

- Lead solution design (real‑time and batch integrations) across different application and platforms (on-prem, cloud)
- Define and enforce architectural patterns and best practices to ensure technical excellence
- Prior experience leading large, cross‑functional delivery teams
