Senior IT Technician (End User Computing)

Cheltenham College is seeking an experienced, approachable, proactive Senior IT Technician who will take technical ownership of our diverse endpoint environment, managing over 1,400 predominately Apple, endpoints.

You will join a well‑resourced IT Support team of seven. While our four front‑line technicians handle initial user support and service fulfilment, you will act as the escalation point for complex device, operating system, and deployment issues across the College.

The Role

This is an active, hands‑on role where you will divide your time between advanced device engineering and resolving escalated user support queries. You will focus on:
