Senior IT Technician — Cloud & Microsoft 365 Lead

St Leonard's Hospice is looking for a Senior IT Technician to join our Digital team in York. This full-time role focuses on providing 2nd/3rd line operational support for onsite and cloud-based environments. You'll implement technical systems management, lead technical support for the IT Apprentice, and provide training to staff.

This is an exciting opportunity amidst our digital transformation initiative to enhance local community support. The position offers a salary of £48,087 - £55,026 per annum and 41 days of annual leave.
