Senior IT Support Engineer (L3) — RCA & O365 Expert

Staff Connect UAE is looking for experienced L3 IT Support Engineers to deliver advanced technical support across infrastructure, applications, and networks. You will be responsible for complex issue resolution, root cause analysis, and system administration to ensure high service availability in line with SLAs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in IT Support and a strong background in Windows environments, Microsoft Office 365 administration, and Active Directory management.
