My client is looking for a customer focussed Senior IT Service Desk Engineer.
You will need to have very strong customer service skills and will be able to help mentor and communicate with a small team of off‑shore service desk analysts in India.
Role Overview
- Hybrid role – require visits to the office in Warrington, UK with the opportunity to work remotely.
- Requirement to be on‑call outside of working hours for priority escalations.
- Team player with clear, honest and open communication.
Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage an EMEA internal facing IT support delivery service with a focus on customer service.
- Develop and grow servicedesk team to improve customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Host and manage service escalation meetings with global IT teams.
- Manage IT service tickets across multiple systems.
