Senior IT Service Desk Analyst — Windows & Hardware

Hexcel is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Parla and Illescas, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of IT support experience and a strong foundation in PC hardware.

Responsibilities include recording and resolving Service Desk queries, monitoring the system, and assisting with hardware and software installations. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for higher qualifications.
